Manager, Forecasting (Life Sciences)

Location: Massachusetts - 3rd Avenue, United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage complete client engagements, including communication, timelines, deliverables, and project workstreams.
• Lead forecast model development and forecasting activities across commercial demand, patient-based, patient-flow, and operational use cases.
• Act as the primary client contact and present forecasts, findings, and supporting materials.
• Develop forecasting best practices, quality-control processes, and reusable modules with Trinity leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior forecasting staff while collaborating with market research, data solutions, and statistics specialists.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives and deliver client outcomes through completion.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in life sciences forecasting.
• Deep expertise in commercial demand forecasting, business development valuations, NPV assessments, and long- and short-range planning.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying patient-based, patient-flow, and operational forecasts.
• Ability to lead annual planning, latest-estimate cycles, and scenario-based analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• BS or MS in a quantitative, business, or related field; proficiency with MS Excel required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with life sciences data and analytics.
• Knowledge of VBA.
