Location: Nationwide across the United States, with required travel and long-term onsite assignments. Initial locations include Charlotte, North Carolina; Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; Marion, Iowa; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Neenah, Wisconsin; and Otsego, Minnesota.

What you will do
- Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of industrial electrical construction projects.
- Track project budgets, costs, labor, schedules, performance metrics, productivity, and reporting.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, proposals, estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain billing, cost reporting, scheduling, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Support safety compliance, change management, project meetings, federal and state reporting, and project closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; construction, industrial, or electrical experience is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term onsite projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, communication, initiative, and adaptability skills.

- Experience with construction or project management software.
- Construction, industrial, or electrical project experience.
