Medical Writer Supervisor (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Supervise medical and publication strategies and devise strategy for client projects.
• Develop, edit, and validate scientific content, including slide decks, monographs, promotional materials, abstracts, article reviews, and congress reports.
• Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and bibliographic background research.
• Ensure accurate referencing and scientific validation of all materials.
• Incorporate client feedback accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and collaborate with creative and account teams.

Requirements

• Health science degree in biology, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision.
• Ability to communicate medical and technical information to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience managing Key Opinion Leaders.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Native or bilingual Spanish or English speaker.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant health science field.
• Experience with reference management tools such as EndNote.
