TL;DR
SEO Content Manager (iGaming): Driving organic traffic, keyword visibility, and revenue across LATAM sports betting and gaming media sites with an accent on content strategy, SERP analysis, editorial quality, and performance optimisation. Focus on building keyword roadmaps, improving underperforming pages, enforcing responsible gambling standards, and coordinating writers across multiple markets.

What you will do
- Own the content roadmap for multiple LATAM markets, identifying search gaps, prioritising keyword clusters, and mapping keywords to page types.
- Conduct end-to-end keyword, SERP, competitor, intent, cannibalisation, and internal-linking research.
- Create actionable content briefs covering target keywords, required sections, competitive angles, word budgets, internal links, and E-E-A-T requirements.
- Monitor Google Search Console, rank trackers, and analytics, then update, expand, consolidate, or prune content to improve rankings, CTR, and conversions.
- Perform final editorial checks for factual accuracy, SEO execution, readability, brand voice, responsible gambling standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Brief and coordinate writers in Asana while working with technical SEO, product, commercial, and content stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven results growing organic traffic through content and strong content SEO expertise.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools, and AccuRanker.
- Expert-level WordPress knowledge, including uploading, formatting, and optimising published content.
- Native LATAM Spanish and strong professional English required.
- Ability to manage several markets in parallel and experience with Asana or similar project-management tools.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO, including the ability to identify and correctly flag indexation and canonicalisation issues.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or affiliate content.
- Familiarity with LATAM search markets and their regulatory differences.
- Experience briefing and reviewing freelance contributors.
