What you will do

• Prepare brand and packaging design files according to typography, color, layout, and brand guideline standards.
• Create and organize artwork, mock-ups, and print-ready files to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain brand guideline resources, including templates, color palettes, and fonts.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales by providing design materials and coordinating files.
• Prepare, update, and supervise visual assets for brand websites and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, visual communication, web design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure, or a strong design internship background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, basic print production, digital asset creation, brand design, packaging design, and website design.
• Understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• English proficiency required; onsite work at the Port Washington headquarters.
