Multimedia Design Specialist (Adobe Creative Cloud)

What you will do

• Consult with customers and stakeholders to define needs for static and motion graphic design services.
• Create print, digital, multimedia, social media, branding, outreach, reporting, and marketing materials.
• Develop visual communication concepts and presentation approaches for specialized customer needs.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and support high-profile or complex initiatives under tight turnaround conditions.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality checks while maintaining current knowledge of graphic design and multimedia techniques.
• Prepare recommendations, contribute to communication programs and workplace standards, and assist with training team members on multimedia assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience creating graphic design products, including motion graphics.
• Experience in in-house, firm, or agency design environments.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with elected officials, senior staff, technical professionals, non-technical users, customers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building templates with help documentation.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of additional Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Core hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with additional hours as necessary.
