Web/Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain responsive corporate websites, development microsites, and landing pages.
• Create digital and print assets, including display ads, email campaigns, social graphics, brochures, presentations, and signage.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and IT to turn project requirements into functional websites and polished visual deliverables.
• Manage CMS content updates while maintaining accuracy, performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.
• Apply and help evolve brand guidelines across projects.
• Prepare production-ready files and perform cross-browser and cross-device QA before launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in both web and graphic design, supported by a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
