What you will do
- Gather and analyze sales demand and combine it with factory capacity to develop product schedules.
- Transform planned orders into work orders and outside manufacturing orders.
- Confirm machining and related delayed-parts contracts and provide feedback.
- Evaluate order changes and their impact on production plans, coordinating responses with relevant departments.
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce inventory costs, and prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages.
- Use SAP for production planning and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; mechanical engineering or a related major is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning.
- Extensive knowledge of production planning and familiarity with production plans and OTD processes.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP and common office software.
