What you will do

• Configure, turn up, and test managed services equipment for new customer installations.
• Configure, turn up, and test replacement and support equipment for existing customers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving off-net providers, circuits, and vendor-supplied customer-premises equipment.
• Use software systems to diagnose network connectivity, configuration, and equipment issues.
• Train and mentor supported teams while collaborating with internal and external customers.
• Maintain punctual attendance and work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Experience with managed services equipment installation, configuration, commissioning, and testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and customer-premises equipment issues.
• Ability to work under general supervision and follow technical requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Availability for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Strong customer collaboration and communication skills.
