Market Strategy & Planning Senior Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Develop commercial plans that enable Sales teams to win in stores and execute local go-to-market and sales fundamentals strategies.
• Lead the deployment of regional strategies, business priorities, and master plans to Key Account Managers and Market Development Managers.
• Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and business targets.
• Track promotion efficiency, ROI, and cost-event analysis to optimize in-market investments.
• Provide mentorship on compliant spending and budget stewardship.
• Share initiative progress, competitive reviews, and market knowledge across regions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in market strategy and planning.
• Expertise in Joint Business Planning meetings with key customers and shopper-based design for in-store sales fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of commercial planning processes, retail promotion planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of Vietnam’s consumers, customers, channels, and store-level needs.
• High proficiency in English and remote communication.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence internal and external stakeholders; flexibility for field travel.
