What you will do

• Lead garment presentation in the store and windows according to H&M guidelines.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on sales activities and store campaigns.
• Analyze sales reports and take action to maximize selling.
• Communicate upcoming activities and campaigns to the store team.
• Train and guide colleagues on garment presentation.
• Order, handle, and organize display materials.

Requirements

• Education and experience in visual merchandising, or at least two years of product-display experience in retail without formal education.
• English proficiency is required.
• Initiative, drive, and ambition.
• Ability to stay focused and handle pressure during busy days.
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Positive, coaching attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
