Online Brand Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute online marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand presence and messaging across e-commerce platforms.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with performance media specialists.
• Manage online marketing budgets, spending, and resource allocation.
• Build relationships with e-retailers and other online partners.
• Collaborate with e-commerce KAMs, media, and finance teams, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with an established firm.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and sales budget planning skills.
• Strong marketing and digital fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges and develop professionally.
