Hangzhou Site EHS and FM Lead (MedTech)

Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China; onsite site leadership role.

What you will do

• Lead the site EHS team, infrastructure, management systems, compliance programs, and CAPA completion.
• Establish and implement the site EHS strategy and Management Action Plan with site leadership, MedTech, franchise, and R&D stakeholders.
• Deploy EHS by design for large-scale site projects, including design reviews and field verifications such as FAT.
• Lead facility management systems and teams covering purified water, HVAC, clean steam, incubators, power, fire protection, wastewater treatment, chilled and cooling water, compressed air, and soft services.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, innovation, change control, non-conformance handling, and compliance with GMP and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate China Campus EHS programs, support people development, and drive facility and EHS continuous improvement and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading environmental health and safety compliance and facility management activities.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, EHS standards, risk management, CAPA, and applicable national and local regulations.
• Experience managing facility systems, preventive maintenance, change control, non-conformance handling, and vendor selection.
• Ability to develop EHS strategies, conduct impact analysis, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership, inclusive collaboration, fact-based decision-making, tactical planning, and developing others.
