Director, Artificial Intelligence & Analytics (AIA)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States. The role operates in a professional office environment and includes up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Establish the vision, strategy, roadmap, and tactical plan for the Artificial Intelligence & Analytics product area.
• Lead cross-functional product activities across the full product delivery lifecycle, including development, quality assurance, and release readiness.
• Analyze analytics, big data, knowledge management, and technology trends to guide product evolution and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Management, Solutions, and Support on go-to-market planning, implementations, production issues, and client feedback.
• Brief executive leadership on product initiatives, delivery assumptions, risks, and strategic direction.
• Represent the product area through user conference participation, speaking engagements, blogs, white papers, and articles.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, professional services, and strategic and tactical leadership responsibilities.
• Technical understanding of big data architectural patterns, machine learning algorithms, and large language models.
• Five or more years of general ledger accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferred areas include accounting, finance, business, information systems, MIS, IT management, or business management.
• Experience leading, mentoring, hiring, training, and supporting the development of product team members.
• Preferred experience with data platforms such as DataBricks and Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience implementing, supporting, facilitating, or testing financial accounting systems.
• Experience working with ERP platforms.
• Experience with project-based accounting or professional services environments.
• Advanced degree.
