Expert OpenShift & Kubernetes Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the deployment and management of highly available OpenShift 4.X and Kubernetes clusters.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana, and Prometheus for deployment, monitoring, and alerting.
• Administer Linux systems with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve containerization and deployment strategies.
• Manage Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management and troubleshoot, tune, and improve multi-cluster environments.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in cloud systems engineering or DevOps focused on container orchestration.
• Strong expertise in OpenShift 4.X and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Python scripting, Linux system administration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; existing EU work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Red Hat or Kubernetes-related certifications.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
