Location: Anywhere; rotating 5/2 schedule with morning, evening, and night shifts.

What you will do
- Process casino and payment risk alerts according to company standards.
- Identify suspicious players and potential fraud during assigned shifts.
- Resolve casino and payment cases using established procedures.
- Report casino and payment anomalies to management promptly.
- Contribute to improving operational risk and case-handling processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and Excel skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical mindset, diligence, responsibility, reliability, and good time management.
