Junior Finance Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote, with flexible work arrangements allowing remote, office, or hybrid work.

What you will do

• Process cost data, assign correct expense categories, and record transactions in the accounting system.
• Review corporate bank card reports, analyze transactions, and verify compliance with company expense policies.
• Collect and validate invoices for company transactions.
• Prepare quarterly and management-requested expense reports.
• Support period-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support payroll calculations, validation, and recording of payroll transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Native Ukrainian proficiency in speaking and writing.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher, strong analytical skills, accuracy, and deadline management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application in finance.
