Junior Sport Risk Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Process alerts triggered by sports players in a timely and effective manner.
• Segment users according to established procedures and cover low- and medium-risk cases.
• Process internal and external team requests and respond to requests from other departments.
• Analyze previous decisions, identify mistakes, and implement corrections.
• Report anomalies involving players, games, and bonus companies to the manager.
• Develop new methods for detecting fraudulent users.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.
• Availability to work shifts, including evening and night shifts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Diligence, responsibility, and reliability.
