Financial Leader (Fintech): Managing the full financial architecture of a cross-border payments business with an accent on treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships. An established international payments company operating in cross-border money transfers across multiple jurisdictions.
What you will do
- Manage treasury and cash flow across banks, PSPs, and legal entities, including real-time liquidity monitoring.
- Prepare consolidated management reporting including Balance Sheet, P&L, and indirect Cash Flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, PSPs, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Oversee payment routes, settlements, commissions, and reconciliation processes.
- Define requirements for internal finance tools and support corporate structure and compliance readiness.
- Act as a strategic financial partner to the business owners.
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on experience (last 2-3 years) with the Russian market, specifically regarding payment routes, banking, and compliance.
- Proven ownership of treasury and liquidity management across multiple entities and currencies.
- Background in payments, fintech, PSP, iGaming, or crypto payments.
- Experience with multi-jurisdiction corporate structures and regulatory environments.
- English fluency for professional communication with international partners.
- Ability to build clarity and financial processes from scratch in unstructured environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or affiliate holding structures.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments in Cyprus, CIS, Canada, Hong Kong, or the EU.
- Experience automating reporting or implementing BI/dashboard tools.
