Senior Specialist - Employee Services (UAEN only)

What you will do

• Support disciplinary, financial misconduct, grievance, warning, suspension, and employment termination procedures.
• Respond to employee queries and monitor recurring cheque returns requiring warning letters, financial coaching, and guidance.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, identifying risks and supporting employee-relations reviews.
• Support audit readiness, corrective actions, and improvements to compliance and operational standards.
• Prepare employee-relations reports and trend analysis for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting, service surveys, and assigned project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
• Experience with conflict resolution and case management systems.
• UAEN nationality is required.
