HR Policy Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Design, draft, and maintain HR policies, contract templates, and employee handbook content across multiple countries.
• Monitor employment law requirements across markets and keep HR policies compliant as regulations change.
• Govern the policy and template library, including version control, consistency, and rollout across operating countries.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Legal, and business stakeholders on change management and HR briefings.
• Evaluate policy effectiveness, analyse HR data, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to engagement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in employment law, HR policy, benefits, or working conditions.
• At least 3 years of experience in a large multinational organisation with complex matrix reporting.
• Strong drafting and writing skills for policies, contracts, and employee-facing documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to quantify the cost and business impact of policy or process changes.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving approach with sound judgment when using AI tools for drafting.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS platform.
• Aviation industry experience.
