What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and engage influencers, affiliates, and B2B partners.
- Build and scale a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct internal and external negotiations to secure high-impact deals.
- Manage and optimize partner marketing campaigns based on performance data.
- Leverage analytics to drive actionable business growth decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain or Poland
- Perfect spoken and written English and Spanish required
- Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
- Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer and affiliate marketing).
- Proficiency in sales CRMs and web analytics tools.

- Experience working with international tech or digital products.
