Electrical Engineer (Aerospace)

hirify.global provides engineering and testing support to the 96th Test Wing under the TMAS contract.

What you will do

• Design, implement, install, and maintain instrumentation for aircraft and weapon-system testing.
• Define instrumentation and test data collection requirements and assess measurement methods against analysis needs.
• Design sensor configurations, data systems, camera installations, and special test devices.
• Prepare modification proposals, technical procedures, directives, and engineering instructions.
• Coordinate hardware preparation and integrate instrumentation, avionics, and onboard systems for flight operations.
• Support test planning, engineering analysis, data quality monitoring, and EO/IR defensive systems testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to support occasional travel of less than 10% and work in unfavorable climatic conditions when required.

Nice to have

• Electrical engineering experience with USAF fighter aircraft.
