Advanced Engineer - Scrum Master (SAFe)

Location: Bangalore, Kalyani Platina, HII Engineering; onsite, five days a week

What you will do

• Lead and coach Agile teams implementing SAFe.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and resolution of impediments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to align delivery with business objectives and SAFe principles.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down to provide visibility into progress and blockers.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience implementing SAFe in large organizations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience in multiple SAFe roles, such as Product Owner or Release Train Engineer.
