What you will do

• Build and coach high-performing Agile teams developing analytical products.
• Lead Scrum activities for product pods, including daily standups, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint capacity, identify impediments and risks, and coordinate resolution of resourcing or data challenges.
• Track sprint velocity, scope, flow, and other metrics to improve pod performance.
• Manage release plans and coordinate with engineering teams on DevOps-related activities.
• Promote continuous improvement, facilitate large-group discussions, and educate stakeholders on Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with Agile and Scrum.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Certified Scrum Practitioner or Certified Scrum Coach certification is preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is required; Azure DevOps is optional.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, facilitation, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe 5.0 or Design Thinking certification.
• Past software development experience.
• Experience with Miro or a similar whiteboarding tool.
• Knowledge of relevant domains, products, or customer journeys with a successful delivery track record.
