What you will do
- Facilitate Agile delivery for an IT Finance Product Team and support additional teams as business needs evolve.
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, backlog health, and sprint readiness.
- Identify and remove impediments while coordinating cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, and release readiness.
- Track sprint health, delivery progress, blockers, and metrics including velocity, throughput, cycle time, carryover, and commitment reliability.
- Coach the team on Scrum, Agile principles, accountability, self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile delivery facilitator, or in a similar role supporting business and technology product teams.
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile delivery practices, and applicable SAFe practices.
- Experience facilitating prioritization, backlog management, acceptance criteria refinement, sprint execution, and impediment removal.
- Ability to communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to technical teams, Finance stakeholders, and leadership.
- Experience with Agile planning and delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Practitioner certification.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Finance, ERP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, governance, compliance, audit, or financial controls.
- Experience supporting Agile transformation or product team maturity initiatives.
