Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA, remote

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Identify prospective customers’ technical requirements and align them with the platform’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and secure technical wins throughout the sales cycle.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity programs, crisis simulations, cyber skills development, and organizational risk measurement.
• Build customer strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience, platform adoption, and long-term business outcomes.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews and provide executive-level reports, metrics, and insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer and support product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security practice or solution consulting, including pre-sales experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance requirements, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, security tools, public cloud environments, and related technologies.
• Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Customer Success experience.
• CISSP or another relevant industry qualification.
