Director, Solutions Lead - Critical Infrastructure (Cybersecurity): Owning and maturing technology-enabled mission solutions for transportation, energy, and DIB infrastructure with an accent on solution roadmaps, digital twins, OT/ICS hardening, and cyber-physical resilience. Focus on designing MVPs and reference architectures, building partner-enabled offerings, and converting services into repeatable, scalable delivery solutions.
Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia; Washington, D.C.; or Columbia, Maryland. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance are required. Travel up to 30%.
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually

What you will do
- Own the solution roadmap across transportation infrastructure, energy infrastructure, and DIB infrastructure.
- Serve as senior solution architect for differentiated, executable, and repeatable mission solutions.
- Define and package Mission Evidence Packs, digital twins, OT/ICS assessment and hardening, readiness packages, and resilience dashboards.
- Translate customer challenges into MVPs, demonstrations, reference architectures, technical volumes, delivery playbooks, and transition plans.
- Lead make/buy/partner decisions and build technical partner strategies across cloud, AI, digital twin, OT/ICS, and infrastructure ecosystems.
- Establish solution governance, maturity criteria, pricing inputs, contract considerations, and reusable solution modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, data science, operations research, business, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution development, systems engineering, digital engineering, cyber-physical resilience, critical infrastructure, defense, energy, transportation, or GovTech.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams, solution architects, productized-services teams, or matrixed pursuit and engineering teams.
- Experience developing repeatable, market-facing solutions with reusable artifacts, tools, dashboards, demonstrations, and delivery playbooks.
- Experience with solution roadmaps, MVPs, reference architectures, systems engineering, digital engineering, OT/ICS, infrastructure modernization, data, or AI.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Nice to have
- Critical infrastructure protection, infrastructure resilience, mission assurance, transportation modernization, energy resilience, nuclear, or DIB infrastructure experience.
- Experience with digital twins, model-based systems engineering, geospatial analytics, AI-enabled decision support, reliability analytics, or readiness dashboards.
- Experience with OT/ICS/SCADA, IEC 62443, NIST, CISA guidance, RMF, or CMMC.
- Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance and certifications such as INCOSE, PMP, CISSP, GICSP, CISA/CISM, IEC 62443, or cloud certifications.
