Senior Acquisition Program Specialist (Defense)

hirify.global provides acquisition program support for the Test Resource Management Office under the EPASS79 contract.

What you will do

• Develop and manage program plans, risk management activities, and streamlined operational processes.
• Maintain contract documents, monitor contractor production and deliverables, and track contractual correspondence.
• Support draft RFPs and related systems specifications, SRDs, SOOs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Provide acquisition guidance for source-selection simulations, cost-benefit analyses, mock proposals, RFP risk assessments, RFI responses, and training.
• Support product baseline configuration management in line with military and industry standards.
• Conduct economic, budget, and financial analysis, including forecasting and fund management, and prepare briefings and decision-support materials.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI is required.
• Associate's degree plus 15 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree plus 10 years, or Master's degree plus 7 years.
• Experience with acquisition contracts, including RFIs, RFPs, technical evaluations, and negotiations in a weapons development environment.
• Experience supporting acquisition programs within Department of Defense programs.
• Familiarity with FAR, DoD 5000.2, and related regulations and guides.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Weapons System Evaluation Program or aircraft and weapons testing.
