People Data Modeling and Visualization Expert (Visier)

What you will do

• Gather requirements from senior leaders and stakeholders for complex people analytics projects.
• Design and implement sophisticated data models for advanced HR analytics and data storage.
• Develop and maintain people analytics KPIs, including headcount, attrition, internal movement, and mean span.
• Build people data analyses in Visier and create interactive dashboards with Visier, Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
• Conduct advanced data mining and predictive analytics to support strategic HR initiatives.
• Partner with data warehousing and Digital HCM teams to use enterprise Datamart solutions and extract Workday data.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data modeling and data extraction, including complex HR analytics data models.
• At least 3 years of experience with people analytics KPIs and the Visier visualization application.
• Strong experience with people data, data governance, and global HR analytics metrics.
• Expertise in data extraction and modeling, plus proficiency with Visier, Power BI, Tableau, Workday or similar HCM platforms, Power BI DAX, and SQL.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Experience in agile development and international, matrixed, global-team environments.

• Proficiency in Python libraries for data analysis.
