Enterprise Insights & Analytics Analyst (AI)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Work timings: 03:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Define and track KPIs aligned with business initiatives and company objectives.
• Apply statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and forecasting models to predict trends and behaviors.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and data quality, with critical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related field, plus skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for analytics.
