Global Sales Transformation Professional (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead change management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation and quality assurance.
• Support countries in adopting the global sales template and aligning local operations with global standards.
• Develop process models and training materials, and deliver workshops for key users.
• Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and support project capacity planning using tools such as Meisterplan.
• Coordinate with Global Process Owners to identify and bridge process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales transformation or business process roles within international organizations, including global sales and pre-sales.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer-term transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end sales processes, change management, and user enablement.
• Full professional proficiency at C1 level in both English and German is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP environments, including S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C.
