Location: Based in Budapest, Zagreb, Ljubljana, or Bucharest; consulting work may also take place at client sites.

What you will do
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges.
- Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Present results to stakeholders and support implementation.

- Work on projects across business, government, and societal transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress.
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving and high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English plus Hungarian or another SEE language: Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, or Romanian.
