Compliance Analyst - KYB

Location: United Kingdom, London; remote work

What you will do

• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for corporate onboarding cases.
• Lead special assignments, compliance projects, and ad hoc quality assurance checks.
• Conduct customer risk assessments, periodic and trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence.
• Identify and document unusual activity and AML flags using compliance applications such as World-Check.
• Propose improvements to compliance procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with the team lead, manager, MLROs, account managers, VIP teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of directly related compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance operations.
• Significant experience with corporate onboarding and different corporate structure types.
• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to subject persons.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with compliance applications and programs such as World-Check.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of upcoming virtual-currency regulations and policies.
• ACAMS certification.
