Pricing Analyst

What you will do

• Support billing rate administration across all firm offices.
• Maintain billing rates and special fee arrangement databases.
• Collaborate with the billing department to execute negotiated fee arrangements.
• Monitor internal approvals for compliance with firm policies.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses using the firm's data stores and tools.
• Conduct legal pricing competitor and market studies and complete special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and maintain a strong focus on quality and service.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a professional services or commercial environment.
