Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical Seals)

Location: Dalian, China; onsite

What you will do

• Coordinate order input with technical sales support and Sales, ensuring all required documentation is received.
• Distribute orders to Design Engineers based on product classification and workload.
• Monitor daily design planning and ensure completion within established design lead-time benchmarks.
• Review drawings and BOMs on schedule and drive drawing standardization.
• Provide regular mechanical seal training to improve design skills and reduce engineering errors.
• Coordinate with design support, customers, suppliers, Pre-Sales, After-Sales/Service, and internal functions on technical issues and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in the rotating equipment or mechanical seal industry.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Strong knowledge of metal properties and O-ring materials.
• Good knowledge of API 692.
• Ability to solve problems independently, work effectively in international teams, and deliver results.
