IT Manager

Location: Office-first hybrid work model with three days in the office and up to two remote days per week; optional relocation assistance is available.

Salary: From 12,500 PLN gross per month under a Contract of Employment.

hirify.global is expanding its IT department and building a scalable internal IT function.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow the three-person IT team, including planning future hiring and skill development.
• Shape the IT strategy, roadmap, priorities, tooling, policies, and processes with upper management.
• Translate business needs into technical plans and communicate IT risks and priorities to company leadership.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, security, and support issues.
• Design and maintain identity integrations, security pipelines, disaster recovery plans, backup strategy, and vulnerability analysis.
• Administer network infrastructure, hardware onboarding, workstations, asset management, and technical event equipment.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience leading an IT team or department and an additional four years of senior or expert hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, security, and support.
• Experience working with executives, presenting plans, negotiating priorities, and communicating technical risks in business terms.
• Expertise in hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID administration, synchronization, and integration.
• Experience securing hybrid and internet-facing services, conducting security and compliance audits, and designing IT security policies.
• Experience administering wired and wireless networks, Windows workstations, hardware, user management, ticketing systems, and IT asset tracking.
• Polish: C1; English: C1. Scripting with PowerShell or Python is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management.
• Linux administration experience.
• Familiarity with game development environments, workflows, and tools.
