TL;DR
Analyst Business Intelligence (Microsoft Fabric): Building and maintaining enterprise data engineering, reporting, and analytics solutions with an accent on Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Power BI datasets. Focus on developing scalable ingestion and transformation workflows, resolving production incidents within SLAs, and supporting month-end and financial close reporting.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions across Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
- Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT, and orchestration solutions.
- Create reporting-ready datasets and apply conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional data modeling practices.
- Gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and prepare technical designs, mappings, data-flow documentation, and support procedures.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, investigate data and pipeline failures, and implement permanent fixes within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor critical jobs and reporting processes, coordinate deployments and hotfixes, and support month-end and financial close activities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, Semantic Models, and Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, complex data analysis, and performance tuning.
- Experience with medallion architecture, lakehouse patterns, data warehouse design, facts, dimensions, keys, relationships, and reporting datasets.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- IT graduate qualification such as BE, BTech, or MCA is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.
- Knowledge of SAP data, business processes, HANA Modeling, BusinessObjects, or Tableau.
- Experience in a captive center or global capability center environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing tools.
