What you will do
- Process assigned cash receipts according to daily deadline schedules.
- Prepare daily and bi-monthly cash receipt reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure accurate processing.
- Manage the shared email inbox and assigned task list.
- Complete electronic filing and assist with account reconciliations.
Requirements
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Accurate and fast data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, retain pertinent information, and meet deadlines.
