Location: Onsite, with access to offices in NY (Flatiron) and NJ (Jersey City)

Compensation: 95,000.00–165,000.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of retail store design projects from concept through store opening.
• Develop and review conceptual designs and translate business and operational requirements into spatial solutions.
• Ensure global design standards are executed consistently across regions and retail formats.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, technical documentation, landlord approvals, and on-site execution.
• Partner with the VP of Store Design and cross-functional teams to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and align stakeholders.
• Support material procurement and delivery of brand-aligned environments across Full Price, Off Price, and Travel Retail locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting retail design projects.
• Portfolio showing conceptual design development and completed, built projects.
• Ability to develop concept sketches and manage multiple projects across different phases.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, budget, and schedule management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; comfort working with global teams across multiple time zones.

• Experience in both traditional design firms and field construction environments.
• Experience supporting international retail markets.
