Location: Tufts Medical Center in Boston; trainee positions begin with a six-month CT training program at Lowell General Hospital before transitioning to Tufts Medical Center.
Pay range: $47.00–$56.32 per hour. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $15,000 for relocation are offered; the relocation bonus requires a 12-month work commitment.

What you will do
- Perform CT scans independently according to department policies, radiological standards, and American College of Radiology imaging standards.
- Verify patient identity, procedures, imaging protocols, scanner parameters, and required IV access.
- Provide patient instructions and administer IV contrast while maintaining patient and staff safety.
- Perform equipment quality control and keep work areas clean, functional, and compliant with applicable standards.
- Coordinate patient care with radiologists, physicians, imaging professionals, and other departments.
- Participate in education, teach students, and support new technologists when assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Radiology or a related field.
- Radiologic Technologist Certification through ARRT and CT Certification through ARRT or NMTCB.
- Eligibility for a state Radiologic Technologist license.
- Two years of experience as a CT Technologist for Tech I, II, and III positions.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to stand frequently, walk, lift 30–35 pounds, operate radiology equipment, and work around bodily fluids and communicable diseases.
