Order Management Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage the full customer contract fulfillment process from order entry through collection.
• Coordinate with regional managers, installation, logistics, applications, finance, and process improvement stakeholders.
• Validate orders, maintain backlog quality, and ensure required compliance and approvals before order entry.
• Track key dates, customer credit documentation, inventory, shipments, installations, and applications.
• Optimize sales transfers and fulfillment using SCOT processes.
• Investigate collection issues and provide root-cause analysis for defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 15 years of related experience.
• Experience in project management, customer relations, or order management.
• Basic accounting skills and experience supporting sales or service teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, proactively follow up on open issues, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
