Jr. Land/ROW Representative

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The role requires frequent work at field locations, governmental agencies, corporate entities, and client offices, with travel as dictated by job requirements.

Salary: USD $71,500–$74,100 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare and secure temporary construction agreements and easements for vegetation maintenance around electric lines.
• Call landowners and visit them in person to support rights-of-way services.
• Prepare reports, specifications, applications, and correspondence.
• Work with governmental agencies, corporate entities, client offices, and diverse community stakeholders.
• Travel to field locations and perform other duties required by the job.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet and word-processing tools.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and apply sound judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and work effectively with diverse constituencies.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as required.
