Senior Product Manager (Athlete Performance)

Location: London, United Kingdom; applicants should be within commuting distance of London. Regular in-office collaboration is required, with more days in the office than remotely.

Base salary: £66,000–£111,000 GBP per year, plus eligibility for a long-term incentive award and discretionary performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Own a product suite for sports scientists and coaches capturing and analysing athlete monitoring data.
• Define product strategy and vision for the human performance business and connect it to the wider company strategy.
• Lead a key product investment focused on creating products customers use daily.
• Combine athlete monitoring data with video and match analysis assets to provide contextualised performance insights.
• Set success measures and coordinate multiple functions to deliver the product vision.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans while balancing cost, timelines, and customer value.

Requirements

• Senior product management experience and the ability to own product strategy, vision, and delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior internal stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and understand customer and business needs.
• Ability to work from within commuting distance of London and attend the office more days than working remotely.
