Content, Creator & Community Manager (Creator Marketing/Social Content): Building creator, content, PR, UGC, and brand-owned community programs across a multi-brand ASEAN portfolio with an accent on trends intelligence, influencer strategy, and local content execution. Focus on sourcing and contracting creators, optimizing content performance, enabling authentic consumer participation, and developing two-way brand communities.

What you will do
- Monitor brand mentions, category conversations, competitor activity, and cultural signals to support brand master plans.
- Build and maintain creator rosters across portfolio brands, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, contracting, and performance reviews.
- Develop local content strategies based on content performance across platforms and formats.
- Create and optimize content around cultural moments and events, including on-the-ground execution.
- Build PR and UGC playbooks, coordinate agency and publisher partners, and design participation mechanics and events.
- Launch and manage brand-owned communities, including member recruitment, content cadence, and two-way communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, community management, or social content in a multi-brand or portfolio environment.
- Track record of managing creator programs end to end, including sourcing, contracting, and performance reviews.
- Experience managing agency partners.
- Fluency in the local language is required.
- Understanding of basic rights clearance for PR and UGC assets.
