What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital service providers.
- Develop digital sales strategies to increase streaming revenue and platform monetization.
- Secure editorial placements, playlists, and promotional opportunities for the music catalogue and releases.
- Monitor streaming performance, revenue trends, and platform insights, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, A&R, and Audience Development teams on release strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate commercial deals, partnerships, and other revenue-generating initiatives with digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in growth, digital sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s music streaming ecosystem, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
- Proven experience in revenue growth and digital monetization.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian artists, songs, genres, and the local music industry.
