Senior Social Media Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute monthly and semi-annual social media content strategies across all CFG entities.
• Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead the internal social media team and manage the performance of external social media agencies.
• Coordinate talent selection and social media video production for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media activity, coordinate crisis mitigation, and protect the reputation of CFG accounts.
• Analyze organic growth, engagement, reach, sentiment, and the contribution of social media to business growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communication.
• Experience leading a small team and managing third-party agency partners.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and features across major platforms.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Strong awareness of public communication risks and financial-sector regulatory requirements, including OJK and BI regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, time management, responsiveness, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or another heavily regulated financial industry.
