What you will do
- Lead audience growth and fan engagement campaigns across Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
- Identify platform-specific opportunities to improve release visibility, discovery, and conversion.
- Manage campaign execution from pre-release through post-release, coordinating timelines, assets, deliverables, and approvals.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, creative, artist, internal, and external teams.
- Track streaming, social, and content metrics and provide actionable performance insights.
- Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, music culture, and fan communities to refine campaign strategy.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, music, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing digital campaigns across Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
- Strong understanding of audience growth, content strategy, reach, engagement, and streaming performance metrics.
- Experience managing multiple releases, campaign timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, project management, and performance analysis skills.
- Passion for music, artists, and local culture.
