Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Immediate Care of Southern NH - Per Diem - Foundation Medical Partners

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; per diem shifts are scheduled from 9am–7pm on weekdays and 9am–6pm on weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Assist providers, room patients, take vital signs, triage patients, and handle prescription calls.
• Provide nursing care in person, by telephone, and through telehealth modalities.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate progress toward care goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other health professionals on patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing and handle specimens.
• Educate patients about self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Registered Nursing license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Epic experience is a plus.
