Lead Cloud Engineer - AI Agent

What you will do

• Monitor, manage, and optimize AI-related IT infrastructure and services for performance, security, and availability.
• Own the intake, onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring, and decommissioning of AI agents and automations.
• Maintain cost control, reliability, effective monitoring, and resolution of complex operational issues across the AI portfolio.
• Build and maintain connectors integrating AI tools with enterprise systems.
• Develop IT operational processes, improve incident resolution, and support the transition of routine tasks to the Operations Center.
• Implement security and compliance guardrails and mentor junior IT operations specialists while collaborating across engineering, business, and AI enablement teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure and services management, system monitoring, technical issue resolution, availability, and security.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or API integration patterns for connecting AI assistants with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, cost control, service reliability, AI agent lifecycle management, and AI governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
